Ms. Garza has not only been co-counsel with MSF, but Ms. Garza even joined MSF as an employee for a short period of time during the litigation of the Tyndall/USC matter – which resulted in a record-breaking $852 million global settlement on behalf of the plaintiffs. The Garza Firm and MSF currently serve as co-counsel on Jane AJ Doe v. Lyft, INC., which was filed in Orange County Superior Court and subsequently coordinated with the Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding No. 5061 in San Francisco County Superior Court.
